Shipping Time Frame
Sellers ship your item(s) within 2 business days of purchase. Domestic Standard shipments are expected to arrive within 4 to 10 business days after shipping. Shipments to the United States are expected to arrive 7 to 12 days after shipping. Shipping times are not guaranteed and the actual performance varies by seller. Please check each seller's shipping policy before placing an order. Should you have any questions about your shipment, please contact your seller directly.
Each seller offers their own international shipping availability. International delivery standards are varied by countries or orders. Please check seller's shipping locations or contact them directly.
You can cancel your order within 1 hour after it has been placed. After this 1-hour window, we cannot cancel your order. If you're unable to cancel an order, you may be able to return the item(s) based on the return policy of each seller. Should this be the case, please contact the seller directly via 'Contact Seller' button on the 'Order History' page.

Back Order / Out of Stock
If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed promptly by email. It does not happen very often, but if you find an error in your order, please contact your seller within one week of receiving it and seller will correct it as soon as possible.

Caforia.com strives to ensure customer satisfaction through your shopping experience with us. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to your seller in the same condition you received it, and the return must be within a certain time period and supported countries based on seller’s policy. When contacting the seller to arrange for your return, please be as detailed as possible regarding the problem with your item(s).

Receiving a Refund
If you don't follow instructions provided by seller to return, Caforia.com may not be able to proceed a refund.
Sellers can create full or partial refunds for customers, including original shipping costs. Additionally, sellers who are subject to the Caforia.com return policy are required to treat gift returns the same as standard returns and process them accordingly.
When you purchase an item from a Caforia.com seller, Caforia charges your credit card and transfers on payment-less a marketplace fee-to your seller. For you to receive a full refund to your initial purchase price and shipping costs, your seller must request a refund to Caforia via their seller account.
Sellers may issue full or partial refunds for an order. If a new item is returned opened, or an ineligible item is returned - different from what you described from your return request, the seller may deduct a reasonable restocking fee from your refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days from the time the seller received your return. After your return is processed, your refund will be credited back to the original payment form. You will receive an email notification once Caforia proceeds a refund.
