Shipping Policy

When you purchase a product from each vendor at Caforia.com, you pay immediately at Caforia.com. Orders follow each vendor’s shipping policies.

Shipping rates for items are determined by each vendor. Purchasing multiple items from multiple vendors results in multiple shipping charges. Caforia

To check shipping fees for a specific item or an order, add the item(s) to your cart and view your shopping cart. You'll see shipping charges under “Deliver Method” and you can always continue shopping - items will remain in your cart. Your order will be completed when you fill out the “Check Out” form and click the “Confirm Order” button.

All the price information is displayed in Canadian Dollars.

Shipping Time Frame

Vendors ship your item(s) within 2 business days of purchase. Domestic Standard shipments are expected to arrive within 4 to 10 business days after shipping. Shipments to the United States are expected to arrive 7 to 12 days after shipping. Shipping times are not guaranteed and the actual performance varies by vendor. Please check each vendor’s shipping policy before placing an order. Should you have any questions about your shipment, please contact your vendor directly.

International Shipping

Each vendor offers their own international shipping availability. International delivery standards are varied by countries or orders. Please check vendor’s shipping locations or contact them directly.


Our vendors and Caforia.com will do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible.

Please note that once your order is shipped from vendor, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, please contact your vendor directly to arrange a return upon delivery – not eligible for non-refundable or final sale items. Please check the details for refund eligibility from vendor’s shipping & returns.

Back Order / Out of Stock

If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed promptly by email. It does not happen very often, but if you find an error in your order, please contact your vendor within one week of receiving it and vendor will correct it as soon as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the vendor, item, or reason for return. You must return your item(s) to your vendor directly by following their instructions. Caforia.com does not accept returns directly from customers.

Returning Items

Please contact your vendor directly by email. You can see the email address from your packing slip or vendor’s shipping & return policy.

Refund Eligibility

Caforia.com strives to ensure customer satisfaction through your shopping experience with us. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to your vendor in the same condition you received it, and the return must be within a certain time period and supported countries based on vendor’s policy. When contacting the vendor to arrange for your return, please be as detailed as possible regarding the problem with your item(s).

Please note that following items are not eligible for returns and refunds.

Opened or used products, items marked as non-refundable or final sale

Return policy may vary based on each vendor’s own policies. Please check vendor's return policy before you place an order.

Receiving a Refund

If you don't follow instructions provided by vendor to return, Caforia.com may not be able to proceed a refund.

Vendors can create full or partial refunds for customers, including original shipping costs. Additionally, vendors who are subject to the Caforia.com return policy are required to treat gift returns the same as standard returns and process them accordingly.

When you purchase an item from a Caforia.com vendor, Caforia charges your credit card and transfers on payment-less a marketplace fee-to your vendor. For you to receive a full refund to your initial purchase price and shipping costs, your vendor must request a refund to Caforia via their vendor account.

Vendors may issue full or partial refunds for an order. If a new item is returned opened, or an ineligible item is returned - different from what you described from your return request, the vendor may deduct a reasonable restocking fee from your refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days from the time the vendor received your return. After your return is processed, your refund will be credited back to the original payment form. You will receive an email notification once Caforia proceeds a refund.
